OSE's Huge Annual Community Yard Sale is back! Multiple families selling treasures and specialty items. Come find a variety of old and new must-haves and have fun meeting the people of Old Southeast.

OSNA will post the event on social media and other marketing sites. On the day of the event, there will be signs placed at locations to encourage traffic from 4th Street, 3rd Street, 22nd Avenue and Beach Drive. You are encouraged to put your own signs out as well to help direct bargain hunters to your location.
Annual Event
Every March, dozens of households participate in the Annual Neighborhood Yard Sale. This popular event gives our participants the opportunity to liquidate some unwanted items, make some money, and meet people from all around our city. Maps of the locations of each yard sale are prepared and available on the day and signs strategically placed assist in you checking out as many yard sales as you can.
