OSNA Membership meeting is open only to active 2025 members of OSNA.  

Board of Directors' members are elected annually to fill any open position for the upcoming year at the Annual Membership meeting in November. 

A quorum of one third of the total active members on the roll are needed for the meeting.  Members will be informed of deliberations and actions by the Board of directors.  The board will seek input from members on matters of interest.  

Active members may vote on directions if necessary.
